Technical Director, Maria Procopio, leads this program geared toward Grassroots development. The objective is to build on the FUNdamentals and to improve the young player's knowledge of the game. The focus is on individual technique, skills and development.

Shooting...          Dribbling...          Passing...
A FUN, energetic hour worth of agility, coordination and focus on one particular skill per session

Participants will work on general movement and coordination skills that promote 'Quick Feet' using ladders, hurdles, etc. They will learn to use proper technique to settle the ball rapidly, maintain control, cut sharply, shield effectively, pass quickly and move into space. Players will also work on perfecting their 'moves', and shooting technique.

Every session will include small sided games to provide an opportunity for players to use their imaginations, be creative and learn through trial and error!

Sessions are 50 min in length on the turf at Royal Distributing Athletic Performance Centre (Marden Dome)
